This policy explains how Femily Limited collects, uses, and protects your personal data, and the rights you have over that data. It applies to the Femily website, the New Rules quiz and guide, our email communications, and the Game On programme.
We have written it in plain language. If anything is unclear, contact us using the details in the final section and we will be glad to help.
1. Who we are
Femily Limited is the data controller responsible for your personal data. We are a company registered in Ireland, operating a coaching brand for Irish female athletes.

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data we collect when you:
- complete the New Rules quiz at newrules.femily.co and receive your personalised guide;
- sign up to receive marketing emails from us;
- interact with us on Instagram, including through our automated direct-message responses;
- purchase and take part in the Game On programme;
- contact us directly by email.
It does not cover third-party websites we may link to. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them.
3. The personal data we collect
We collect different categories of data depending on how you interact with us. We only collect what we need.
3.1 When you complete the New Rules quiz
The quiz asks about your playing position and your preparation for the 2026 championship. When you submit it, we collect:

This helps us understand which of our posts and links bring people to the quiz. |
| Timestamps | The date and time you submitted the quiz and when you last viewed your guide. |
We do not collect your name at the quiz stage. We do not collect or store your IP address or your device or browser details as part of the quiz submission.
3.2 When you buy and take part in Game On
If you purchase the Game On programme, we and our payment and delivery partners collect the information needed to give you access and to run the programme. This includes your name, your email address, and your payment details. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
3.3 When you contact us on Instagram
We use an automated tool to respond to comments and direct messages on Instagram, for example when you comment a keyword to request the New Rules guide. When you do this, the tool processes your Instagram username and the messages exchanged so it can send you the link you asked for.
3.4 When you email us
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include in your message.
4. How we use your data, and our lawful basis
Data protection law requires us to have a lawful basis for using your personal data. The bases we rely on are set out below.

5. Marketing emails and your consent
We only send you marketing emails if you have ticked the consent box that appears at the end of the quiz. That box reads:
I'd like to receive ongoing emails from Femily about the new rules, the 12-week cohort programme, and training content for Irish female athletes. I can unsubscribe at any time.
The box is not ticked by default. Completing the quiz to receive your guide does not sign you up to marketing emails. The two are separate.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us at admin@femily.co to be removed. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it, and it will not stop you receiving the guide you originally requested.
The email that delivers your guide is a direct response to your request and is not a marketing email. You receive it whether or not you tick the marketing box.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data, and we never will. We do share it with a small number of trusted service providers who help us run Femily. These providers act on our instructions and are bound to protect your data. They are:

| Stripe | Processes payments for the Game On programme. Stripe handles your card details directly; we do not see or store them. |
| BridgeAthletic | Delivers the Game On training programmes to programme members. |
We may also share your data where we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid request from a public authority, or to establish or defend legal claims.
7. Where your data is processed
Some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where your personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we make sure it is protected by an appropriate safeguard recognised under data protection law. In practice this means the provider is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

8. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only as long as we need it.

Quiz data: We retain your quiz submission and your email address for as long as you remain in our marketing audience. If you unsubscribe, or if you have not engaged with our emails for an extended period, we periodically remove you from our marketing system. When that happens, the corresponding quiz submission is anonymised, meaning your email address and any referral information are permanently removed so the remaining record can no longer identify you.
You can ask us to remove your data at any time, regardless of engagement, by emailing admin@femily.co.

Marketing contact data: If you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, we remove you from our marketing list promptly. We may keep a minimal record of your unsubscribe request so that we do not contact you again in error.

Game On customer data: We keep data relating to your purchase for as long as you are a programme member and afterwards for the period required to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Email correspondence: We keep emails you send us for as long as needed to deal with your query and to keep a reasonable record of our communications.
9. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These tools give us anonymous, aggregated information about how the website is used and how well it performs, for example how many people visit a page and how quickly pages load.
These tools are designed by their provider to work without cookies and without tracking you across other websites. They do not build a profile of you and are not used for advertising.
If we introduce any cookies or tracking that require your consent in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before they are used.
10. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and Irish data protection law, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- The right to be informed about how we use your data, which is the purpose of this policy.
- The right of access to the personal data we hold about you.
- The right to rectification if any data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete.
- The right to erasure of your personal data in certain circumstances, sometimes called the right to be forgotten.
- The right to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- The right to data portability, allowing you to obtain and reuse your data.
- The right to object to our processing of your data, including objecting to marketing at any time.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time, where we are relying on your consent.
You will not be charged for exercising your rights, and we will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request, so that we do not disclose your data to anyone else.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data or your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish data protection authority:

12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we change how we work or introduce new services. When we make a significant change, we will update the effective date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
